1. Scope
This policy applies to the ThreadQuery website, dashboard, API, connected-account actions, dedicated infrastructure, and credentials issued by ThreadQuery. It supplements the Terms of service.
2. Prohibited activity
ThreadQuery may investigate or restrict use involving:
- unauthorized access to accounts, credentials, private data, or computer systems;
- credential theft, phishing, malware, fraud, or circumvention of security controls;
- spam, deceptive engagement, impersonation, harassment, stalking, or unlawful surveillance;
- sexual exploitation, credible threats, or content that is unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction;
- infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- resale or shared access designed to hide abusive end users or evade limits;
- service disruption, excessive automated load, vulnerability exploitation, or attacks on other customers; or
- attempts to bypass a suspension, revocation, budget, rate limit, or enforcement decision.
3. Report abuse
Email [email protected] with enough information to identify and evaluate the issue. Useful reports include:
- the affected URL, X account, API endpoint, or ThreadQuery request identifier;
- dates and times with a time zone;
- a concise description of the conduct and why it is harmful or unlawful;
- relevant headers, logs, screenshots, or other evidence; and
- a safe way to contact the reporter for clarification.
Do not email passwords, API-key secrets, X cookies, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
4. How reports are handled
ThreadQuery may preserve relevant records, limit credentials, suspend accounts or workers, request additional information, notify affected customers, or refer a matter to a provider or authority. The response will depend on credibility, severity, urgency, available evidence, and legal obligations.
Submitting a report does not guarantee removal, suspension, disclosure of customer information, or an individual status update. ThreadQuery may decline requests that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or unsupported.
5. Security vulnerabilities
Send security reports to [email protected] with the subject "Security report." Provide clear reproduction steps and the minimum evidence needed to demonstrate impact.
Do not access another customer's data, degrade the service, use social engineering, perform destructive testing, or retain data beyond what is necessary to report the issue. Stop testing and report immediately if sensitive information becomes accessible.
6. Copyright and rights complaints
Rights holders may report allegedly infringing use through [email protected]. Identify the protected work or right, the specific material or conduct at issue, your relationship to the right holder, and a good-faith basis for the complaint.
ThreadQuery does not claim to be a registered DMCA agent unless and until a registration is separately completed and published.
7. Legal and emergency requests
Government and civil legal requests should be sent to [email protected]. Requests must identify the requesting authority, legal basis, account or records sought, applicable time period, and response deadline. ThreadQuery reviews requests for validity and scope before responding.
Email is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
8. Enforcement questions
A customer affected by an enforcement decision may contact [email protected] with the account email, relevant request or case identifier, and a concise explanation. ThreadQuery may maintain restrictions while a review is pending.
